Why I'm Looking for a U.S. Startup to Back My NIW Green Card Petition
I'm the developer behind NeKernel.org, a custom C++ kernel with its own real-time scheduler, journaling filesystem, build system, and embedded toolchains.
Over the last five years, I’ve been building systems from scratch — firmware, bootloaders, schedulers, filesystems, and toolchains — solo.
Recently, major players in both U.S. and international tech, including a top-tier mobile SoC company and a leading telecom R&D group, have taken interest and reached out. But I’m aiming higher.
I want to work on-site in the U.S., at a serious startup — the kind that values deep systems engineering, custom performance paths, and lean infrastructure.
My goal: to secure a Green Card via the National Interest Waiver (EB-2 NIW). I’m not asking for an H-1B. Just a real opportunity — and a team willing to back my work while helping me grow as an engineer.
If you're building something meaningful and want someone who lives low-level systems, let’s talk.
